Please note:
- The state does not cover primary infertility diagnostics or consultation if it is not yet clear whether assisted reproduction is required.
- For women aged 42 or older, the state does not cover consultations, testing, or assisted reproduction procedures.
IVF eligibility criteria (based on Ministerial Order No. V-1452 dated 2016-12-20):
- Uncorrectable tubal disease or absence of tubes, when surgery is ineffective or previous surgery failed;
- Ineffective ovulation induction;
- Endometriosis stage I–II with unsuccessful treatment (up to age 35 – 24 months; age 36+ – 12 months);
- Endometriosis stage III–IV under specific regulatory conditions;
- Unexplained infertility: both partners affected, woman under 35 with > 24 months of infertility; woman aged 36+ with > 12 months.
Required documents for consultation:
- ID documents for both partners;
- Requisition from a GP or gynecologist;
- Marriage or registered partnership certificate;
- Medical records confirming infertility.
Who qualifies:
- Married couples or registered partners with diagnosed infertility (woman must be under 42).
